TO INTEGRATE THE PLANNING, MANAGEMENT
 AND IMPLEMENTATION EFFORTS FOR THE
 DEVELOPMENT OF COASTAL AND
 CONTINGENT WATERSHED AREAS WITH THE
PARTICIPATION OF ALL PARTIES
 
This mission enunciates the means by which the Coastal Strategy will be implemented in order to achieve its vision. The government, the private sector and the civil society will work together as partners.
