WELCOME MESSAGE On behalf of the State Government and all the stakeholders of Selangor State, Malaysia, we would like to express our gratitude for visiting our webpage. Being the most progressive and the most populous state in Malaysia, State of Selangor is always under tremendous pressure for development. On the other hand, environmental issue is always of our area of concerns. This is further amplified by the fact that our project area (Klang and Kuala Langat) is located among the biggest economy generator area in the country. Port Klang, as instance is now ranked twelve in the world in terms of number of twenty-foot equivalent handled. Industry, agriculture, mining, aquaculture and port and shipping is the main economic generator for the project area.
A balanced development never overseen
the importance the environmental protection. With that belief, we in
the project area is striving to ensure that all the environmental
and natural benefit that we are experiencing today will be protected
for the generations to come.
