National Integrated Coastal Management (NICM) Workshop & Forum

Hosted by Department of Environment of Malaysia & Partnership in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA)

Objective:    1 - Review of outputs and outcomes of coastal management initiatives in       
                        Malaysia in sharing and exchange information and experiences.

                   2 - National consultation on the local implementation of Sustainable Development
                        Strategy of Seas of East Asia (SDS-SEA) which was signed at Putrajaya   
                        on December 2004.
